Don’t worry this isn’t going to be your typical “eat healthy and exercise!” guide. And I apologize for the crappy look it has but design isn’t my thing. Health however is! So let’s get down to business already!

As powerful as today’s drugs are, they are in my opinion need to be used when it is absolutely necessary such as in a life or death situation and even though this does not apply to weight loss, I hope you understand my meaning!
