This document assists users on how to navigate the Supplier Rating System’s (SRS) Supplier Performance Relationship Reports (SPRR). It describes how to register and create credentials in the system to access supplier performance ratings, and how to reset a password. This user guide also covers how to access the different levels of supplier ratings, summary and detail data.
The first step in the registration process is to enter a valid Supplier Number, Raytheon Site you deliver to, and Part Number. This pertinent information is required and can be found on your Purchase Order. Click the “Next >>” button to continue with the registration after providing the required information.
The final step of the registration is to create your user name and password. Provide a user name and password, and retype the password for confirmation in the appropriate text boxes. The “ *Password Question” has 4 options: Mother’s Maiden Name, Favorite Pet’s Name, Significant Place and Last 6 Digits of SSN. Click on the down-arrow and make a selection and then provide the Answer in the textbox. It is important to remember this information for this will be used to access the Supplier Rating System. Complete this form and click the “Submit” button.
