This type of workout fully increases the benefit to the heart as well as maximizes weight loss. In the present investigation, a portable abdominal trainer was used for anaerobic exercise combined with an exercise video for aerobic exercise.To test the effectiveness of this program, subjects went on a 1200 calorie per day diet for 1 week, and cardiovascular fitness, muscle strength, body weight, and girth were measured.
