If you have any heart problems or high blood pressure make sure you take your medication before doing any physical activity Always remember to stretch, warm up and cool down. Don’t exercise in the middle of the day when it is very hot, try and go for the cool times in the day like early morning or late afternoon. Please exercise before you eat or wait at least 1-2 hrs before you eat a meal. (a piece of fruit or a something little like few crackers is OK).
Don’t do any physical activity if you’ve been Drinking alcohol. Wear loose comfortable clothing such as T- shirts shorts or trousers and comfortable shoes. If exercising outside don’t forget to wear a hat. Listen to your body, if it is crying out for a rest then slow down or stop for a while. Do remember to breathe and don’t hold your breath during the activities Drink plenty of water before, during and after activities.
