Ebook Ethics And Good Business Practices
This paper analyses 3 workplace scenarios where there is unethical behaviour. In each scenario the key stakeholders have been identified and who is acting unethical. The first scenario shows that unethical behaviour can result from bad business practices and these have been identified. In the second scenario, unethical behaviour stems from a boss protecting her interests while the company is in breach of the Federal Privacy Act. Further more, she intimidates a colleague in order to keep protecting her interests. Finally, the third scenario describes the ethical issues of a posing security threat to a software product and the impact to key stakeholders if the problem is tackled ethically, and the ramifications if it is not.
